5be2dd25f2 Changed Library source tree 
- no more zstdhc ; zstd.h is enough
- ZSTD_compress() now needs a compressionLevel
- separated zstd_compress.c and zstd_decompress.c
- updated zstdcli, fullbench, fuzzer with new API
