Add HTML Gallery option in Jekyll if Gallery exists

The gallery already exists in Ruby and the content management system (CMS).

For each website, specifically SharpeTronics, we should have a gallery of images if we want to make use of many images for a post and product type.

We should put CMS in dev mode and update requirements option to false for the gallery until finished; as of now, we have to add a gallery image to publish the product or post.

Also, the author content-type needs to be set to true
