now consistent behavior between 6.7.7 (linux mint 17) and 6.8.9 (upstream/macports)
    the problem was basically colorspace conversion assumptions (grayscale/linear/gamma...)

PNM blank lines ignore

user-defined IM binary $CALLIRHOE_IM

First steps:

Create a calendar of the current year:

    $ callirhoe foo.pdf

Options:
    $ callirhoe --help
    
More options:
    $ callirhoe --list-layouts

    $ callirhoe -t classic -?
    ...
    $ callirhoe -t sparse -?
    
Examples:
    $ callirhoe --examples
