Join us for a QGIS open session where we will look at the new QGIS website and discuss all things QGIS, everyone is welcome. MOLUSCE is a land cover change analysis module for QGIS that NextGIS developed more than 10 years ago with support from Asia Air Survey. This module allows predicting the future land cover of an area based on historical data. MOLUSCE has received its first update in a long time, making it fully functional in the latest versions of QGIS, along with some improvements.
In this talk, we will discuss the update and show full MOLUSCE workflow: data preparation, simulation process and validation.
