How to add a new QOD Feed entry
Step 1: Log in
If you dont have an account, ask an admin (Tim, Marco, Alessandro and more).
Create a new feed entry
https://feed.qgis.org/admin/qgisfeed/qgisfeedentry/add/
Template:
Name | Description |
---|---|
Title | QGIS Open Day XXXMONTHXXX, XXXYEARXXX! |
Image | Use your standard promo image, it should be resized by the platform |
Content | <p> This Friday (24 June 2022) we will be holding our regular monthly QGIS Open Day event! QGIS Open Days promote dialogue and sharing of skills, knowledge and experience within the QGIS community. They are also a great way to sit back and have a little fun with other QGIS users from around the world!</p><p> We hope you will join us for the exciting sessions we have planned. <strong> Double-click this news entry</strong> to find out more! If you cannot join the live event, all sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the official YouTube channel.</p> |

Publication start | Set to one week before the event |

Take care when creating the entry to use P and STRONG tags. Make sure the content is edited in a plain text editor when preparing it, and do not paste any rich text into the content box.
Things to check:
