* issues identified by pyflakes (star and unused imports)
* pyqtwrapper: add QtSvg
* some exceptions e.message => unicode(e)
* some translations tr("..." % foo) => tr("...") % foo

  python/plugins/db_manager/dlg_query_builder.py:304 pop_up_error?
