Martin Dobias	e110855e6c	[API] added QgsFeatureIterator, changed QgsVectorProvider API ... Vector data provider now has getFeatures() method to access features. select(), nextFeature(), featureAtId(), rewind() were removed resp. moved to provider's feature iterator implementations.
