Removed python algs are:
- Centroids
- Clip
- Dissolve
- Extract by attribute
- Extract by expression
- Multipart to singlepart
- Polygon centroids
- Reproject layer

Models now save to QVariantMap, using QgsXmlUtils to save to
an xml based format (with extension .model3)
