8cac36433d [FEATURE] Add support for transparency in SVG color params 
...and update all bundled SVGs to suit

Non-bundled SVGs must add:

fill-opacity="param(fill-opacity)"
and
stroke-opacity="param(outline-opacity)"

to enable transparency support
