ab79b1560c [layout] Add measurement unit handling to QgsLayout 
Allows layouts to convert from various units to their
own native units

Also added a QgsLayoutContext to QgsLayout.

4ebea75e6a Subclass QMouseEvent to QgsLayoutViewMouseEvent
