1. First pass at defining PostgreSQL layers using a where clause in the data provider. UI may need some work. When adding a PG layer, double- click on the layer name to define the where clause. Do not include the where keyword 2. Forced name of .pro file to qgis_ts.pro so no assumptions are made about the current source directory.
