Galactic Ketchup c6153f48c9 New Projection, New Axis

I implemented a new axis, Hammer, an equal-area projection similar to
hammer. I also threw in a random axis option, which randomly selects a
point on the Earth's surface to be the axis of the projection.

Map-Projections

A class to create custom maps of the Earth's surface. This file can be run with java. Simply select your map parameters using the terminal, and a custom world map of your design will be created as myMap.jpg in the output folder! You can also put any equirectangular map into input and read it. Includes Mercator, Lambert, Orthogonal, Peirce-Quincuncial, and More!
